Ratna’s work is characterized by "Awareness-Based Systems Change," a participatory methodology that uncovers the hidden cultural and political dynamics within organizations to unlock stalled progress. She teams with top-notch partner consultants such as co-facilitators, graphic recorders and business process designers to meet your needs. She also holds strategic advisory roles and board roles aligning infrastructure with community values. Her foundations are urban planning, computer science, and education. She has extensive experience in local politics and working with elected officials.
